These are easily the most transformative things you could start doing immediately, do every day, and change the course of your life to a happier, healthier, and more enjoyable one.
1. Sit in silence for longer than 10 minutes, and an hour once per week.
2. Move every single joint in your body individually and mindfully in as many directions as you can.
3. Create something every day – a journal entry or blog post, a craft, something you cooked yourself, or a piece of furniture – it doesn’t matter as long as you do something.
BONUS: amplify all of it by walking outside, near at least one tree, every single day.
